GOTR Event Policies
EVENT PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & TRANSFERS POLICIES-PLEASE READ!
Payment of GOTR event: If GOTR has received payment for an event, you agree to our event policies.
Event Cancellation:
Any event that you have signed up for and it is canceled, we will apply your money to a future
Glitter On Top Retreats event or issue a refund. Please contact Jen with any questions.
Registration Policy:
Each guest must pay a $50.00 non-refundable deposit to secure a retreat spot. Your deposit is part of your balance towards a retreat. If you pay in full the deposit is also part of your payment. Guests must be at least 18 years of age. Deposits cannot be transferred to another individual.
Cancellation Policy:
31 days out or more a refund may be given except the non-refundable $50. deposit. Within 30 days of the scheduled event no refunds or credits will be offered. No Exceptions. You may gift your spot to another individual to fill your spot if you cancel less than 30 days. Glitter On Top Retreats reserves the right to resale, use or eliminate your table all together at our event if you choose not to attend/gift to another individual. Any cancellations that are not submitted in writing via email or FB messenger will not be considered valid. We reserve the right to not give any refund of any kind until after the event or is sold out.
Payment Policies & refunds:
Final payments are due 60 days prior to the event you are attending. You will receive an email notice. Please make sure we have your email. If you should need to make a payment after the 60-day cut-off date, please contact us so that we can make a note in our records.
If you pay by a third party that does not allow refunds after 180 days, you will incur extra service fee's the third-party charges GOTR. Example: Paypal
Transfers Deposit Policy:
You may transfer a retreat deposit one time within a 12-month period. After 12 months, they are no longer transferable/valid. Transfers cannot be transferred 30 days prior to the event.
Rooming Policy:
Room Block: You must book with GOTR room block during retreats dates.
Roommates: Guests are responsible for providing the appropriate number of roommates based on the room type selected at the time of registration. Glitter On Top Retreats is not responsible for providing guests with roommate(s)
Change in room occupancy: If the number of guests in your room should change, pricing adjustments will be made. If the number of guests in the room decreases, then you will be responsible for any additional fees associated with the change in room status. If the number of guests increases and the price should drop then you will be given a refund or credit based on when the changes are made, credits and refunds will be issued based on the time frames referenced in the cancellation policy.
Day Cropping:
Day cropping is for individuals that live close by and go home at night. If you have signed up for a day cropping spot and change your mind to stay at the hotel, you must book with Glitter On Top Retreats, no exceptions! Cost is total cost of event, no separate day cropping pricing available.
